This is Rusty. He lives in Boring, Oregon with his Boring family. He lives with his wife of 23 years, Margaret, his twin sons, Charlie and James, and their dog, Paul. Rusty enjoys long walks on the beach and getting caught in the rain, but his favorite pass time by far is costume design.You can't tell just by looking at him, but Rusty is an incredibly salsa dancer. In fact, for the past 19 years, Rusty has been an instructor at the local Boring dance studio where local Boring dancers go to get their groove on.
One particular day at this Boring dance studio, Rusty had an odd encounter with one of his "students", or so he thought. He was dancing with a new student who had oddly red hair, and as they went down to a dip, her hair slipped right off, revealing her actual distinct half gray, half black hair. To his dismay, this woman was no student, she was actually his insane ex-wife, Susan.
Susan has been obsessed with Rusty since her 6th grade year where they met in English class. But it's never been a cute, middle school crush kind of obsessed, it's been a crazy, stalker, kind of obsessed forcing Rusty by 8th grade to get a restraining order on her. The day after they both graduated from Boring High School, she kidnapped him, hypnotized him, and that same day the were married. Needless to say, shortly after they were divorced and Rusty took legal action which resulted in Susan being locked up for a very long time on several counts of kidnapping and being completely crazy.
After Rusty saw that it was Susan, he immediately dropped her, grabbed his phone, ran to the nearest closet and locked himself in. Susan has never been one to give up easily. She grabbed a chair and began trying to breakdown the closet door. She did this successfully. Their eyes met when the door broke. Rusty could feel her craziness radiating through her dark brown eyes. She tried to jump on top of him, but Rusty was quick. He ducked and ran straight out the the front of the studio, locking the door behind him. Susan banged on the door with all of her might, but luckily the door was completely ex-wife proof and she was trapped. Quickly, Rusty called the police and told them of the situation. They rushed to the studio, picked Susan up.
It took about 4 policeman to get Susan under control and into the police car, but after a while she got very tired, and surrendered. When Rusty got home, his wife asked him how his day at work was.
"Just another Boring day." he answered.
